Do you have a a split system, blinds and more?

For end of lease cleans and move out cleans, we need a comprehensive idea of what you have in your house. This is because many things require specialised equipment to ensure a complete clean. If we are unaware of items before we arrive, we may need to stay longer than expected in order to complete the clean. This will incur additional fees. 

You will receive a checklist to return to us, at your time of booking.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure LMacs Cleaning has full access to the property
  • If the property is not accessible or the client fails to arrange key drop off if they won't be present, the client will be charged the full fee of the clean
  • Please inform us of any pets at the time of booking

We reserve the right to cancel any job due to the following

  • We deem the premises to be unsafe for our team. 
  • The size and/or descriptions of the property does not match the description provided by the client
  • Lack of power and water at the property

  • All end of lease cleans require a 50% deposit upon booking. This can be made via bank transfer with the remainder to be paid upon completion of works. 
  • All hoarder/squalor cleans require a $750 deposit with the remainder to be paid upon completion of works
  • All invoices are given 7 days to complete payment. If payment is not made within those 7 days, a $20 charge will be added for each week the invoice remains overdue.
